Stranger and Stranger….

 

Back in the Millsim’s house the routine evening activity were going on. Roxie was cooking dinner

and Julian and Emily were bickering.

How can I annoy Julian? Emily thought to herself as Julian stared at the Television screen

*Poke*

“Hey! mom said you couldn’t do that anymore!” Julian whined in response to his sister poking him.

“Sorry! I didn’t mean to!”

The both heard the back door close, and they shut up. This meant that Simon was home.

“Hi.” Simon whispered in his wife’s ear. this was their usual routine.

“you’re home just in time for dinner!” Roxie said, like always.

The called their kids and ate their dinner, Like one big happy family who was used to this pattern. After they sent Julian and Emily to bed, they sat down and watched a hour of TV beore they themselves went to bed.

 ”how was work?” Roxie asked

“Fine! actually they gave me tomorrow off!”

“oh thats good, you can catch up on sleep, I’ll cook waffles at 10, just how you like them!”

And they went to sleep, thats how it worked in the Millsim’s house, In Riverview.

At around 6 in the morning, simon was wakened by a sharp knock on their glass door. He quickly threw on a robe and went to see who it was. Perhaps Shirley, coming to visit her sister.

But who was at the door was not Shirley, Far from it. Simon didn’t think he had ever seen her before.

Then he heard her voice. “Hello Simon” the woman said.

And the Memories came rushing back.
